| ALL visitors must register at the office before going to the site and leave by 10:00p.m.
Monthly Rates: $495.00 plus metered electric (no tax) Seasonal Rate: $1,750.00 plus metered electric (no tax) Cancelization Policy
Non-Holiday:
| Reservations not canceled within the specified time will be responsible for a minimum of one nights stay. (2 nights stay on weekends unless we are able to rent your site, cabin or chalet) $10.00 charge on all CAMPSITES - must be canceled by 4 PM one week prior to arrival. $20.00 charge on CABINS & CHALET - must be canceled by 4 PM three weeks prior to arrival date.
Holiday weekends: (Minimum three (3) nights stay)
| $25.00 charge on all cancellations. You must cancel by the following dates or you are responsible for all 3 nights unless we are able to rent your site, cabin, or chalet. 4th of July - prior to 4 PM on June 11th Labor Day - prior to 4 PM on August 13th
We do not charge for the sun
